Technical information by Francois

The Rentabiliweb statistics module has been optimized to help you to identify your income sources easier.

Optimized to make the best decisions, it has all the qualities to satisfy you :

  • very quick and efficient display
  • high precision level
  • many filters to get the data you want
  • 4 formats to export your statistics (csv, xml, xls, jpeg) (4 on figure 1)

Figure 1 : display as module starts

Micropayment statistics : display as module starts

The default display shows you the statistics for the current month. You can act on the settings parameters (1 on figure 1), filter the results (2 on figure 1), display transactions overview (5 on figure 1) or a data table with the transactions and earnings (6 on figure 1):

  • for the current and previous day
  • for the current month

You can display these statistics (thanks to the tabs, 3 on figure 1) :

  • per number of transactions (bar graph)
  • per earnings (curve)
  • per data table (with number of transactions and earnings)

Figure 2 : add filter settings

Micropayment statistics : add filter settings

Our statistics module is very comprehensive, by clicking on « Add filter settings » you can display very precised statistics. You can group them by (1 on figure 2) :

  • site
  • document
  • payment system
  • country
  • number
  • member

and this :

  • for a month, for the last 30 or 90 days, or even for a year (2 on figure 2)
  • for all your websites or one in particular (3 on figure 2)
  • for all the payment types or one in particular (4 on figure 2)
  • for all the numbers or one in particular (5 on figure 2)
  • for all the documents or one in particular (6 on figure 2)
  • for all the countries or one in particular (7 on figure 2)

Some display examples, grouped by payment type, for a precise month :

Figure 3 : display per transactions (bar graph), cursor pointer on a particular day

Micropayment statistics : display per transactions (bar graph)

The bar graph display allows you to have an overview of the transactions number, payment type by payment type, over a full month. When you set the cursor pointer on a particular day, it indicates the transactions number and the earnings. To change the display of the payment type, you just have to tick the one you want (with the colored boxes on the right).

Figure 4 : display per transactions (comparative curves), cursor pointer on a particular day

Micropayment statistics : display per transactions (comparative curves)

The display by comparative curves gives you the opportunity to compare transactions linked to your payment types in a glance. You just have to tick those you want to compare.

Moreover, when you hover a particular day, it indicates the number of codes per payment type.

Figure 5 : display per earnings (comparative curves), cursor pointer on a particular day

Mocropayment statistics : display per earnings (comparative curves)

The display by comparative curves gives you the opportunity to compare the earnings linked to your payment types in a glance. You just have to tick those you want to compare.

Moreover, when you hover a particular day, it indicates you the earning per payment type.

Figure 6 : display per transactions (pie chart), cursor pointer on a payment type

Micropayment statistics : display per transactions (pie chart)

The pie chart display indicates the percentage distribution of the number of transactions which are realised (over a month in this example) per payment type (for this this example).

In this example, it shows you very quickly the most used payment type.

When you hover a payment type, it shows you the number of transactions.

Figure 7 : display per earnings (pie chart), cursor pointer on a payment type

Micropayment statistics : display per earnings (pie chart)

The pie chart display indicates the percentage distribution of the earnings which are realized (over a month in this example) per payment type (for this example).

It shows you very quickly the most used payment type.

When you hover a payment type, it shows you the earning in Euros.

These examples are just a small part of what the module services, given the filters that you can set on the data that you want to get. However, they show the module potential. It will allow you to be aware of the transactions and the earnings of your website(s), and therefore to take the right decisions.
